| (原海南省对外经济律师事务所，下称“本所”)成立于1979年，是海南省司法厅直属律师事务所，也是海南省成立时间最长、规模较大、信誉良好的一家综合性律师事务所。在2002年、2003年、2004年海南省司法厅组织社会各界评选的“诚信律师事务所”活动中，本所被连续评为“海南省诚信律师事务所”。2005年本所由合作制律师事务所改制为合伙制律师事务所。 |
| 位于海口市的金融、经济中心——海口市国贸大道1号景瑞大厦B座1803—1804室。办公面积300多平方米，拥有现代化的办公设备、法律图书室、法律法规数据库。 |

| ● Hainan Waijing Law Office |
| Hainan Waijing Law Office (hereinafter called the Office) was founded in 1979 directly under the administration of Hainan Provincial Department of Justice. The Office is a comprehensive law Office in Hainan Province with longest history, relatively large scale and good reputation. The Office was continuously appraised as “Honest Law Office of Hainan Province” in 2002, 2003 and 2004 in the appraisal activities organized by Hainan Provincial Department of Justice and participated by all social sectors. In 2005 the Office was reformed from cooperative law Office into partnership law Office. |
| The Office, whose office area of over 300 square meters, is located at Room 1803-1804, Building B, Jingru Building, No. 1, Guomao Avenue, Haikou City, the financial and economic center of Hailkou City. Modern office equipments, law library as well as law and regulation database are available for the Office. |
| In addition to the internal management rules and regulations for Hainan Provincial law Offices such as Rules for Case Acceptance and Closing, Charging Management Rules, Official Seal Management Rules, Rules Against Unfair Competitions, Rules for Secret Keeping, Rules for Political and Professional Study, Training and Exchange, Management Rules for Documents, Seals and Archives, Group Discussion Rules for Significant Cases, Supervision and Check Rules for Business Quality, Rules for Business Training and Professional Morality Education, Review Rules for Interest Conflicts, Check and Treatment Rules for Complains, the Office also strictly implements the rules designed by the Office such as Rules for Secret Keeping, Conference Rules, Management Rules for Books and Documents, Rules for the Allocation and Management of Operation Income, Finance and Accounting Rules, Post Responsibility System for Finance Personnel, etc. |
