接受刑事案件犯罪嫌疑人的聘请，在刑事侦查和审查起诉阶段提供法律咨询，代理申诉、控告，申请取保候审；接受犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的委托或者人民法院、法律援助中心的指定，在审判阶段担任辩护人；接受自诉案件自诉人、公诉案件被害人或者其近亲属的委托，担任代理人，参加诉讼。 |

Under entrustment of clients, participates in project negotiations or other business negotiations, participates in enterprise’s listing, system reform, assets reorganization and bankrupt liquidation, drafts and reviews all sorts of contracts, issues lawyer’s opinions or lawyer’s certification, answers inquiries related with law, drafts litigation files or other legal documents. |

Appointed by criminal suspects, provides legal consultation in the phase of criminal investigation and lawsuit, lodges complains, makes accusation and applies for recognizance on bail; entrusted by criminal suspects and defendants or assigned by people’s court or law assistance center, acts as defender in trial phase; entrusted by private prosecutors, victims of public prosecution case or their close relatives, acts as agent to participate lawsuit. |

As an agent handles with all sorts of complains for the clients whose cases have been concluded and apply for counter-appeal. |

The Firm will charge fees according to the charging standards for lawyers as defined by state and Hainan Province. On the other hand, the Firm will also charge fees on the basis of negotiation with our clients by referring charging standards and considering specific conditions and provide free law services for those clients who do have difficulties and conform with conditions of receiving law assistance. |
